Privacy policy

What information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective date: June 11, 2026

Qualify for Disability ("we," "us," "our") operates qualifyfordisability.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Please read it before submitting information.

The short version

We operate a free case evaluation service. When you submit the evaluation, we share and may sell your information to disability advocacy organizations, law firms, and marketing partners so they can contact you about disability benefits services. That is how this free service is funded. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, ZIP code and state, information about your medical condition, work status, and benefits application history, and anything you enter in comment fields.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, referring source, form completion time, cookies and similar technologies, and lead certification data (such as TrustedForm) that documents your visit and consent.

A note on health-related information: the evaluation asks about your medical condition because disability benefits depend on it. By submitting the evaluation, you consent to us collecting and sharing this information with the partners described below for the purpose of evaluating and servicing your inquiry.

How we use your information

To operate the evaluation service, to match you with and transfer your information to disability advocacy organizations, law firms, and their service providers, to verify consent and prevent fraud, to analyze and improve the website, and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share and sell information

When you submit the evaluation with the consent box checked, we share and may sell your information to one or more of the following: disability advocacy organizations and case evaluation services, law firms and attorney networks that handle disability claims, and service providers that support lead verification, compliance, and delivery.

These partners may contact you by phone, text, and email as described in our Consent and Communication Disclosure. Once transferred, their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. A current list of our marketing partners is available upon request at support@qualifyfordisability.com.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of communications from us at any time by emailing support@qualifyfordisability.com. To stop contact from a partner who received your information, you can also contact that partner directly; we will assist on request.

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, delete, or correct personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights by emailing support@qualifyfordisability.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email support@qualifyfordisability.com or use the link in the site footer.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), and attribution. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; the evaluation may still function without optional cookies.

Data retention and security

We retain lead and consent records as needed to operate the business, document consent, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact support@qualifyfordisability.com and we will delete it.
