Effective date: June 11, 2026

By using qualifyfordisability.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this service is

Qualify for Disability is a free case evaluation and referral service. We provide general educational information about disability benefits and connect people who submit the evaluation with independent disability advocacy organizations, law firms, and related service providers.

What this service is not

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration or any government agency. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Using this site or submitting the evaluation does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or any partner. We do not decide benefit eligibility; only the Social Security Administration does. We make no guarantee that you will qualify for, or receive, any benefit, representation, or outcome.

Educational content

Content on this site is general information, may not reflect the most current rules, and may not apply to your situation. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Benefit rules, timelines, and amounts are set by the SSA and change over time.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to submit information only about yourself (or someone you are legally authorized to act for), to be at least 18 years old, and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit automated or fraudulent entries.

Third parties

Partners who receive your information are independent businesses. We are not responsible for their services, advice, representation, or conduct. Any engagement you enter with a partner is between you and them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from services provided by partners, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Communications

By submitting the evaluation with the consent box checked, you agree to be contacted as described in the Consent and Communication Disclosure at /tcpa-disclosure, which is incorporated into these terms.
