Qualify for Disability is a free case evaluation and referral service. We provide general educational information about disability benefits and connect people who submit the evaluation with independent disability advocacy organizations, law firms, and related service providers.
What this service is not
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration or any government agency. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Using this site or submitting the evaluation does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or any partner. We do not decide benefit eligibility; only the Social Security Administration does. We make no guarantee that you will qualify for, or receive, any benefit, representation, or outcome.
